Give your puppy a great start!
Advice and practical training techniques

Welcoming a new puppy into your home is a big commitment, requiring lots of time and attention - they are constantly learning about the world around them, whether we're actively training them or not.  It's vital that puppies are gently introduced to new things at a young age, so they learn not to be afraid - 'socialisation' is more about gradual exposure to good experiences, than just playing with other dogs!  It's also really important to set your puppy up for success by teaching good manners in a fun and positive way.

You can help your puppy to settle happily into your home life and avoid problem behaviours in the future.  Training together is a great way to build a trusting relationship and it's never too early to start.

Our Puppy Starter Pack covers invaluable foundation training such as focusing on you, settling calmly, coming back when called and polite greetings - alongside advice on toilet training, puppy biting, safety around children and much more.

  • Three in-person training sessions at your home or a suitable outdoor location, held over 2 months

  • The first lasts 1.5hrs, the second and third last around one hour

  • Email/telephone support for the duration of your training

  • Additional video lessons

  • Printable resources

  • Homework training plans

  • A goodie bag for your dog

  • A copy of the book 'Easy Peasy Puppy Squeezy' by Steve Mann

We ask you to make a commitment to training – a commitment to your dog…  to read and watch the resources and take time to train each day.  Great things can happen when we work together as a team with your dog!

"We all really enjoyed your sessions and it's been great foundations for us ... we have a lot to practise and I can already see a difference in her and us"
