Fun & focus for challenging adolescents,

newly-adopted dogs or

those who missed foundation training

For dogs over 5 months old

Adolescent dogs can find it difficult to concentrate and sometimes appear to have forgotten everything they learned as a puppy!

Newly adopted dogs can find it challenging to settle in their new home.

And dogs who have missed early training can behave in ways that we find problematic.

Training together is a great way to resolve issues and build a trusting relationship.

Our premium Bright Paws Course focuses on strengthening your connection with your dog and teaching lifeskills - including staying calm around distractions,  walking with a loose lead, coming back to you when called, drop/fetch and emergency stop.  We also cover mental stimulation, breed-specific enrichment and co-operative care – encouraging calm, happy dogs living their best life!

Before the course starts, you'll receive access to our online learning portal with helpful training guides.  Plus:

  • Six in-person one-hour classes

  • Online resources with weekly handouts and demo videos of exercises

  • Homework training plans

  • Only six dogs per class for individual support

  • Goodie bag

  • Certificate & rosette on completion of the course

  • Access to online resources for one year

All family members are welcome to come along to the training classes (for under 8-year-olds, please bring someone to look after them, so you can concentrate on your dog).

Note:  these classes are not suitable for dogs that are over-reactive towards people or other dogs (either appearing worried or uncontrollably excited).  For these issues, we initially recommend 1-2-1 training.  If you are in any doubt, please contact us to discuss.

"I thought the classes were excellent.  Not only does Elaine give you tips to train your dog, the best tips trained ME how to treat my dog.  There is no yanking leads or making your dog do things they don't want to do.  They showed me how to communicate with Ellie so she wanted to learn with this reward-oriented class"
